The Impact of Knowledge Spillover from Universities in Sichuan-Chongqing Region on Regional Innovation Capacity

As an important subject of the regional innovation system, scientific research activities universities are not only power source talent cultivation and knowledge but also force to promote development. This paper examines influence relationship between spillover from in Sichuan province Chongqing city capacity aspects teaching personnel input, development input monographs, academic papers, technology transfer contracts income output. The results show that improvement depends on increase number technological topics universities, while other indirect do contribute significantly capacity; further mechanism analysis reveals mainly promotes through human capital, physical innovation.
